Winter Services, LLC is a full service snow removal and ice control company based in West Allis, WI. We service over 1,500 Commercial, Medical, Industrial and Retail facilities across the Midwest and Northeast United States. We have over 40 years of service experience and employ over 1000 employees during the winter season. Currently Winter Services is ranked in the Top 10 for snow management contractors across the nation for total winter revenue. Winter Services is a member of the Snow and Ice Management Association (SIMA), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Plant and Facilities Maintenance Association (PFMA), and the American Public Works Association (APWA). We are a 3-time winner of the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC) Future 50 award. Winter Services owns and operates a variety of equipment including front-end loaders, skid steers, snow pushers, plows, sweepers and snow blowers. Our fleet of commercial-grade snow removal equipment ensures that we can handle any snow clearing job. Our first priority on every job is to maintain safe surfaces for customers and employees. Our first step in accomplishing this is to perform pre-season on-site training at your facility along with the designated Winter Services team assigned to your site–ensuring they understand how to appropriately service the property. Additionally, all operators are rigorously trained on each piece of snow removal equipment. Pre-identifying your property’s unique requirements for snow removal and management helps ensure consistent, quality service during every snow event once the season arrives. In 2012, Winter Services moved into our state-of-the art headquarters, located in West Allis, Wisconsin – a facility which includes our corporate office, customer care center, operations command center, shop, and one of many salt depots across the state. Between 2013 and 2015, additional locations were added in Kenosha, Racine, and Madison, Wisconsin. In 2020, Winter Services made our first acquisition in Illinois, giving us a physical presence in the Chicagoland area. Additional acquisitions in the Chicago suburbs and Detroit, MI have allowed us to meet our customers needs across much of the upper Midwest. Winter Services has grown tremendously to become an industry leader, and now provides snow removal and ice management services in Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan and in more than 28 states. With over 1,000 pieces of equipment for snow clearing alone, our fleet of commercial-grade snowplows, pushers and specialized removal equipment ensures that we can handle any snow clearing job. We upgrade and add to our fleet every year. Winter Services utilizes strategic contingency plans for blizzards or other large, long-lasting storms that drop 8 inches or more of snow at one time. Our crews will monitor your location throughout the stages of the storm to maintain a snow and ice-free environment.
