Servers Needed For Famous Steakhouse (Milwaukee)

Business is booming & we are currently seeking experienced and energetic servers for one of Milwaukee’s top-rated fine dining restaurants. Minimum 2 years High Volume, Fine Dining, serving experience required. Must be confident in operating P.O.S. systems (aloha). Strong Knowledge of food, wine and spirits a plus. Positive attitude & love of hospitality required. Essential Functions: 1. Report to work as scheduled, on time, well-groomed and dressed in proper uniform. 2. Work in team environment and communicate with Team members and Guests 3. Effectively manage tables and order of service 4. Greet and serve our guests in a prompt, outgoing, friendly, and professional way 5. Take food and drink orders accurately & serve efficiently 6. Demonstrate an understanding of how to sell our food 7. Be familiar with Features and Specials of the day prior to the start of your shift 8. Check back with customers to ensure satisfaction with food, service, and refill drinks 9. Keep serving areas clean and complete all assigned tasks from management.
