PUBLIC WORKS Public Works Operations Superintendent ONLINE APPLICATION The City of West Bend is accepting applications for a full-time Public Works Operations Superintendent at our Department of Public Works. Under limited supervision, will be responsible for providing supervisory direction, management, organization and control as well as economically direct assigned employees and assets. The person in this position shall exercise independent judgment and discretion, and demonstrate strong ethical, professional, and service-oriented leadership. This person must possess and use excellent communication skills to set goals for the department and the employees of the Public Works Department. Some key responsibilities include but not limited to; oversee all aspects of street maintenance, traffic signal maintenance, winter snow removal operations, maintenance of storm sewer system, and sanitation operations. This is a salary compensated position with a starting salary range of $75,000.00 - $81,000.00 DOQ. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
