About the Pewaukee Fire Department The Pewaukee Fire Department is located in central Waukesha County in southeast Wisconsin. We are a combination department operating from two stations that are staffed 24 hours a day. Employees There are currently 30 full-time line firefighter paramedics and 6 paid on premise members. Fire Chief Kevin I. Bierce is supported by one assistant chief, one division chief, one deputy chief and one administrative assistant. Shifts Three Battalion Chiefs run the rotating shifts.
