PASSIONATE ABOUT GREAT PIZZA SINCE 2015 — Oakfire opened in 2015 in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, crafting Neapolitan pizzas in an old remodeled house-turned-diner, built in the 1850s. After 100,000 pizzas or so, Oakfire tore down the old building and built a new structure with two ovens and numerous seats overlooking Geneva Lake. Seven years later, Oakfire is proud to have additional locations in both Kenosha and Minocqua, Wisconsin. Pizza is still at the heart of our menu, and each Neapolitan pizza is wood-fired at 1000 degrees in our imported Stefano Ferrara ovens.
