Journeyman Carpenter Hourly Pay Rate: $36.62 Department: Facilities Management Open until filled Summary: Perform journey-level work in the construction, repair and maintenance of building, site and all related physical assets as required. Job Responsibilities: Rough and finish carpentry - Perform rough and finish carpentry tasks related to remodeling and new construction projects. Create & install signage as required. Furniture and cabinet making & repair. Cubicle assembly and modifications. Installation & repair of door hardware and locking devices. Perform Work Orders - Complete assigned work/work orders as directed. Respond to emergencies on a 24/7 basis. Complete reactive work orders as necessary. Complete preventa
